Scope of Services. Through this Site, Junk Removal and Hauling markets and arranges Junk Hauling, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Yard Waste Removal, Property Cleanout. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IL.
